Custom cable assemblies, wiring looms, cable harnesses and overmoulded cable products all sourced, managed and delivered to your technical drawings and BOM (Bill Of Materials).
Cable assemblies can involve multiple components, suppliers, and production steps. We coordinate the full process, including testing and validation, based on your requirements and needs.
Your drawings and BOM are reviewed for completeness and design for manufacturability (DFM) before production. We check for things like incomplete specs or difficult-to-source connectors to prevent issues further down the line.
We source cable assembly components, check availability, and suggest alternatives where lead times or cost are a concern.
Production is handled through qualified, IPC/WHMA-A-620 certified cable assembly facilities, with quality oversight throughout.
Electrical, functional, or pull testing is carried out based on your requirements. Traceability and documentation are included.
Production is carried out in line with recognised industry standards, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 for cable and wire harness assembly. Ask for scope documentation if needed.
IPC/WHMA-A-620
Governs acceptance criteria for wires, splices, terminals, connectors and protective coverings. Three acceptance classes. Specify your required class in the drawing.
ISO 9001
Process-based QMS covering planning, production control, corrective action and continuous improvement. Applicable across all production activities.
ISO 13485
Relevant if your product is a medical device or sub-assembly. Adds traceability, risk management and stricter process controls.
All production follows IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards. Additional testing — electrical continuity, functional tests, pull tests for crimp validation — is available based on your spec. Not every assembly needs full testing; we advise what's appropriate.

We work with certified production facilities across Europe, which gives us flexibility in capacity and skills that a single factory can't offer. We manage the full process and are accountable for quality and delivery throughout. Testing options include electrical testing (continuity and insulation resistance), functional testing to your specification, and pull testing for crimp and overmould validation.
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the product, availability of components and order size. A sample run can be processed quickly, while series production may take a few weeks. We always work closely to provide clear lead times and meet your expectations as best as possible. We have 98% on-time delivery based on the communicated delivery time.
