Kabelassemblages vormen de verbindingen binnen vrijwel ieder elektronisch systeem. De specificatie, sourcing en productie zijn vaak complexer dan het eindproduct doet vermoeden. Daarom coördineren we het volledige proces voor verschillende typen kabelassemblages.
Kabelassemblages kunnen uit meerdere componenten, leveranciers en productiestappen bestaan. We coördineren het proces op basis van je eisen en volumes.
Veel productieproblemen beginnen bij de tekening. We controleren onder andere crimpclassificatie, connectorcompatibiliteit, trekontlasting en volledigheid van de BOM.
We sourcen kabels, connectoren en aanvullende componenten via ons goedgekeurde leveranciersnetwerk en beoordelen beschikbaarheid, levertijd en single-source-risico voordat planning wordt bevestigd.
Productie vindt plaats volgens IPC/WHMA-A-620 in gecertificeerde faciliteiten. Je vaste aanspreekpunt volgt de order van engineering tot productie en levering.
De testscope wordt vóór productie afgesproken. Elektrische continuïteit is standaard; crimp-pulltests, high-pot en functionele tests kunnen worden toegevoegd op basis van toepassing en IPC-klasse.
Production is carried out in line with recognised industry standards, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 for cable and wire harness assembly. Ask for scope documentation if needed.

Governs acceptance criteria for wires, splices, terminals, connectors and protective coverings. Three acceptance classes. Specify your required class in the drawing.
ISO 9001
Process-based QMS covering planning, production control, corrective action and continuous improvement. Applicable across all production activities.
ISO 13485
Relevant if your product is a medical device or sub-assembly. Adds traceability, risk management and stricter process controls.
Every assembly is produced to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. Depending on your specifications, you might require additional testing. We can advise you on what is appropriate. You will receive full documentation with every shipment.

We work with certified production facilities across Europe, which gives us flexibility in capacity and skills that a single factory can't offer. Testing options include electrical testing (continuity and insulation resistance), functional testing to your specification, and pull testing for crimp and overmould validation.
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the product, availability of components and order size. A sample run can be processed quickly, while series production may take a few weeks.
